The Goulburn Place Plan is a community development partnership with NSW FACS, working with community members residing in social housing estates in Goulburn (in particular, Bradfordville and Marys Mount). The project aims to improve the aspirations of young people living in the housing estates by improving social connectedness and relationships both within the estates and with the wider community.
