Spring Hill is located at Woodlands, minutes from Mittagong, in the picturesque NSW Southern Highlands. The property, comprising 458 acres of prime grazing country, was originally purchased in 1965 by Russell (Russ) Probert and has remained in the family for over 45 years. In 2012 our family business established Spring Hill Highland Angus and has since developed a selectively bred herd sourced from a range of highly respected Angus Stud Breeders.
